Tuition Policies
Getting Started with a Trial
Each student is paired with an instructor who assesses their needs and guides them toward their best potential. The Yamaha Conservatory faculty is comprised of professional musicians and educators with invaluable experience combined with multiple degrees from world renowned institutions.
We provide a trial lesson at a 50% discounted rate.
Tuition
Private lessons continue year-round.
Private lesson payments require monthly auto-billing at the beginning of each month.
A credit card is required to be kept on file in our secure terminal, upon registration.
We accept payment in the form of cash, check and all major credit cards.
Monthly Tuition Rates Per Lesson: $55/30min, $80/45min, $105/60min
(4-5 lessons in a month, depending on calendar)
TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Discounts
2% Multi-Enrollment Discount:
For students who enroll in more than one instrumental lesson per week.
3% Family Discount:
For students whose siblings (or parents) also enroll in the school.
Lesson Rescheduling Policy
Our instructors reserve a specific day and time for each private lesson. This is their livelihood and they depend on the steady income from private instruction as a means of support. We cannot guarantee their availability for your rescheduled lessons but can look into options if the following procedures are completed:
- The rescheduling deadline is 24 hours in advance notice
- Without prior notice (no show), lessons will be forfeited with no credit.
- A makeup lesson will be entirely left up to the discretion of instructor but is not always guaranteed. THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF THREE MAKEUP LESSONS ALLOWED PER SCHOOL YEAR. PLEASE ATTEND ALL SCHEDULED LESSONS.

Emergency Cancellations
In any case of emergency, please call our office ASAP.
Without prior notice, lessons will be forfeited with no credits or refunds.
Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons must be taken within 30 days from the initial missed date with current instructor or other Yamaha instructor based on availability.
Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled or credited.
Withdrawal/ Refund Policy
Formal written notification must be given to the office, and, depending upon the situation, require a meeting with the school director and/or instructor.
Teacher notification is not considered formal notice of withdrawal. Non-attendance is not considered a withdrawal.
TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Lesson credit will be issued for any family member and has no expiration date. This credit will be based on any paid unused lessons.
